PUBLIC NOTICE

The following public notice is published pursuant to Regulation 67(2) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.

At its meeting held on 16 April 2025, Council adopted a Report of Review on the Shire of Bruce Rock Local Planning Scheme No. 3.

The Western Australian Planning Commission has considered the recommendations of the Report of Review and the Commission has advised the Shire of its decision in a letter dated 11 December 2025.

A copy of both the Report of Review and the Western Australian Planning Commission decision can be found on the website or viewed in person at the Shire Administration Office.
