Submitting an Offer

Anyone wishing to make an offer must complete the Shire’s Offer to Purchase – Shire-Owned Vacant Residential Land form

 The form allows applicants to provide their:

  • offer amount;
  • proposed settlement period;
  • finance conditions;
  • any other conditions attached to the offer; and
  • proposed residential development and anticipated commencement date.

 Any sale will include a requirement for building to be commenced within 24 months of settlement.

 Closing Date

Completed offers must be received by: 4.00pm Friday, 4 December 2026

 Any proposed sale remains subject to Council approval, the statutory disposal process under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 and formal sale documentation.
