Gymnasuim
The Bruce Rock Gymnasium is located at the Bruce Rock Aquatic Centre on Railway Parade.
The Gymnasium can be accessed via an electronic access card 24 hours a day. You can acquire one of these cards by visiting the Bruce Rock Shire Office, completing a membership form and away you go. You will be required to show a form of photographic identification and pay a one off fee of $5.00 for the card itself, and a yearly fee of $20.00 for membership.
The Bruce Rock Shire also recommends that you seek an appraisal from our local physiotherapist, Mr Matt Beaumont before using the equipment, to give you a better understanding of how to use the equipment correctly so that you dont injure yourself.

The treadmills, bicycles and rower are all Polar compatible and can be used with Polar Heart Rate equipment. A great tool for monitoring and tracking your exercise program.
